WELCOME TO LISTERS GUITARS
Originally from Bradford, I’m a tea drinking Yorkshire born guitarist living and working out of my guitar shop in Lowestoft, UK. I initially set up Lister’s Guitars in 2012 with two simple goals: to supply musicians with the musical equipment they were looking for, and to provide a credible level of music retail service while sharing my passion for all things music with my customers. Nearly ten years on, I still get the same satisfaction when handing over a great bit of musical equipment to its’ new owner as I did when I first started. For me, it’s all about the music. It’s no exaggeration to say I genuinely love my job, and have been lucky enough to meet and work with some fantastic musicians over the course of my forty plus years in music retail and as a professional musician.
As well as being the base of Lister’s Guitars, Lowestoft is the most easterly point in the UK and home to an incredible array of local musical talent.
I specialise in both new and pre owned musical equipment, meaning you’ll always find something of interest in stock. Every instrument is meticulously examined and checked over before it goes out for sale, and I’ll even fit your preferred gauge of strings and set up to your specification before shipping any online sales. I also offer full in house instrument repairs and set ups for your existing guitar or bass so it plays perfectly – please get in touch for more details.
