 Order Cancellations


If you decide that you do not wish to proceed with your order prior to dispatch we must be informed in writing, preferably by email at sales@listersguitars.co.uk As per the Distance and Selling Regulations Act, cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone. Your cancellation will be confirmed by email after receiving your request. Please be advised that if you do not receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours please call on 01502 565491 to confirm.
Returns

Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Goods - Valid only for 30 days following date of receipt under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and a further 14 days to return the goods.

Email our Returns Department to request returns authorisation. Once we have confirmed please return the goods in either their original packaging or enough protection to ensure safe delivery to;

For Goods that you no longer wish to keep (under our 14 day returns policy as per Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014)
If you wish to return the goods under the 14 day hassle free returns policy, you have 14 days to notify us (Listers Guitars) and then a further 14 days to return the goods, in its original state and packaging. 
If the goods are returned in non-original state this could affect your return rights. Please email us as soon as is possible to book your return. Items that are returned without prior notification cannot be refunded under this policy.

Then, return the goods in either their original packaging to ensure safe delivery to;

All return costs are to be paid for by the purchaser. We do not refund the costs to return an item that is no longer required. Once your item has been returned, Listers Guitars will refund your credit/debit card for the amount of the goods purchased ONLY.

In-Store Purchases 
For in-store purchases you have 7 days to return the goods, in original condition and to a re-sale standard (as goods have left the store) if you are not completely satisfied or have changed your mind. It is at our discretion to whether a full refund or store credit is given against the value of returned goods.

We (Listers Guitars) reserve the right to refuse a refund if any of the following conditions are not met
- The goods are returned in a perfect and re-sellable condition
- All packaging and related materials are included (eg. Warranty Cards, Instructions, Polystyrene packaging)
- The goods have been adequately packaged for return (please call if you have any pre-dispatch enquiries).

The following products won’t be eligible for an exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):
  • Products you received over 14 days ago
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products or packaging returned to us in poor condition
  • Products which have been specially ordered or custom-built for you
  • Goods that may have come into contact with the eyes, nose, ears or mouth, such as microphones, headphones or harmonicas.
Please note that any orders which are returned outside of our returns policy will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your online order within the first 14 days of receipt, the risk and cost of returning the goods to us shall be accepted by you unless you have notified us that the goods have arrived damaged or faulty and this has been verified by us.
